While still in high school in 2017, she attracted attention for appearing in a TV commercial for Koikeya potato chips. Even before her official debut, she was selected to perform songs such as “Front Memory,” the theme for the film After the Rain.
She made her major debut in August 2019, releasing tracks including “kIng,” the ending theme for the Kingdom TV anime, and “Canary’s Song,” written and produced by Angela Aki.
Praised for her powerful singing and expressive abilities, she has also ventured into musical theater, appearing in productions such as LAZARUS (2025), SIX (2025), Moulin Rouge! The Musical (2024, 2023), Tokyo Rose (2023), RENT (2023, 2020), Everybody’s Talking About Jamie (2021), and Whistle Down the Wind – Sugared Eyes (2020).
Her solo concert Nobody knows, held in 2024 to celebrate her 5th anniversary, sold out and captivated audiences with its exceptional performance.
Now entering her 6th anniversary year in 2025, she continues to expand her work across solo concerts, musicals, and Yuki Kajiura’s nationwide tour. Her long-awaited 6th Anniversary Live launched in April, and she will hold another solo concert, SO SIX, on August 28. In September, she will appear in “Kazemachi Poetic,” celebrating lyricist Takashi Matsumoto’s 55-year career. In October, she is set to perform in the Korean-originated musical Marie Curie.
This year marks her third musical appearance—she continues to excel powerfully across both singing and musical theater.
